In today's China News, Pope Benedict has prayed for religious freedom in China, during his Christmas Day message in the Vatican. More than a thousand people join a Christmas Eve mass in Beijing, braving a cold and windy night. Hundreds joined a dancing Santa for a very Gangnam-Style Christmas in Shanghai, in a not-so-traditional celebration of the festive season. One of the most prominent Christian dissidents in China is rights lawyer Gao Zhisheng, and on this Christmas day, he remains imprisoned in the remote Xinjiang region. A bus crash in China has claimed the lives of eleven children, in the latest tragedy to strike Chinese schools. This accident involves another overcrowded school bus, operated by an unlicensed primary school. Dissident Chinese artist Ai Weiwei has re-tweeted a petition to the US White House, that calls on President Obama to investigate and condemn claims of forced organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners in China. Each year, the Winter Fishing Festival is held at Chagan Lake in northeast China's Jilin province. I also learned how to use a Akai MPC 2500 they are all great tools to use to create beats and i would recommend any of them. My newest setup consist of a iMac, Native Instruments Maschine, and a Korg Triton Pro 61 Keyboard. I don't use any of the sounds in the Korg Triton Pro anymore because they are kinda out dated so i use it as a midi controller for my VSTi plugins. My favorite plugins to use would be the Nexus, Sylenth1 and Gladiator i use those three the most they have great sounds and i would recommend them to anyone who are looking for great cutting edge sounds they keep me inspired <b>...</b>

It is perhaps very telling that while $18 million in tax dollars was granted to each party for these lavish ordeals, an additional $50 million each was needed for security in anticipation of the inevitable protests at each event. This amounts to a total of $136 million in taxpayer funds for strictly partisan activities - a drop in the bucket relative to our disastrous fiscal situation, but disgraceful nonetheless. Parties should fund their own parties, not the taxpayer. At these conventions, leaders determined, or pretended to determine, who they wished to govern the nation for the next four years amidst inevitable, endless exaltations of democracy. Yet we are not a democracy. In fact, the founding fathers found the concept of democracy very dangerous. Democracy is majority rule at the expense of the minority. Our system has certain democratic elements, but the founders never mentioned democracy in the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, or the Declaration of Independence. In fact, our most important protections are decidedly undemocratic. For example, the First Amendment protects free speech. It doesn't - or shouldn't - matter if that speech is abhorrent to 51% or even 99% of the people. Speech is not subject to majority approval. Under our republican form <b>...</b>

On his watch, six whistleblowers have been charged under the Espionage Act for allegedly mishandling classified information. That is twice as many as all past presidents combined. The threat facing whistleblowers has implications in many areas, including defence, intelligence and national security. And then there is the impact it is having on the US media - as the sources dry up, so too do the stories and the American people are left knowing less and less about what their government is doing.
