This time the actress is being charged with lying to police about being in the driver's seat after crashing her car into a truck back in June. A new criminal filing could be considered a violation of her current probation for a jewelry heist that occurred in August. The judge in that case could easily decide to send Lilo away for a long time. What do you guys think?
