The Agenda Project Action Fund, which created this video, was threatened with a "cease and desist" letter by Universal Music Group because the video contains a spoof of the song "Barbie Girl" which Universal owns. Afraid of being crushed by massive legal bills defending themselves, they pulled the video from YouTube and from their own site romneygirl.org, despite the fact that this video clearly meets legal standards of "fair use" of the source material as political satire.
