US officials implore Obama to resist pressure for war with Iran

Iran has become central to the discussion between Israel and US. Calls for war have elevated in the past few months. The annual American Israel Public Affairs Committee conference took place over the weekend and President Obama and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have come together and have agreed that the US and Israel are one in the same. Israel is eyeing war with Iran, but should the US come to Israel's aid? In the Washington Post there were various quotes by top US officials begging President Obama to avoid a war with Iran.
