I love this bag better than any other double end bag. I've tried the 2 separate bag combination & it is no where near the same experience. This is as practical as you can get. *Note: This video is in realtime. No video editing was made... Slow is smooth and smooth is fast! I'd like to point out that 2 months prior to filming this video, I had been involved in 2 horrific accidents. Though I had come close to becoming a ghost in several firefights and numerous explosions, 2 of these occasions were in fact, very horrific. One month apart from each other, I was blown up by what we call "SV-Beds" aka SVBIED (or Suicide Vehicle Born Improvised Explosive Devices) in other words, suicide bombers in cars packed with explosives. Unfortunately, many innocent civilians died. Miraculously, non of my buddies died. Many were seriously injured, but I somehow, came out unscratched. I dont take it for granted & I'm very thankful that 2 months later, I was able to record this video. Anyhow, this is my last round of this particular training session (1.5 hours of weight training & 40 minutes of 3-5 mins rounds in Boxing training on the D-End Bag & Shadow Boxing/footwork) & I am hitting the "Mexican" double-end bag with some smooth and somewhat fast, knock out combinations under some extreme weather and conditions. This is what most would call, "phone booth" punching. The area <b>...</b>
