The evidence would indicate young Barry Soetoro aka Barack Hussein Obama was adopted by Indonesian citizen Lolo Soetoro after Soetoro and Obama's mother were married in 1965. The most convincing evidence is Divorce Papers filed in Hawaii in 1980. The Hawaii Divorce papers filed on 20/08/1980 showed Stanley Ann Soetoro vs. Lolo Soetoro were married. This document lists the couple as having 2 children. One is under the age of 18 years ie Maya Soetoro born in 1970. The other child is listed as over 18 years and in need of educational support. That would be "Barry Soeroto" aka Barack Hussein Obama as he was born in 1961. There are no other know children related to this marriage of Stanley Ann Soetoro and Lolo Soetoro. As deduced from the Hawaii Divorce Papers between Stanley Ann vs. Lolo Soetoro, Obama aka Barry Soeroto was above 18 years of age when his mother filed for a divorce. There is no record that he has renounced his Indonesian citizenship and retained his legal name as Barack Obama. Technically Barack Obama aka Barry Soetoro is still an Indonesian citizenship as his step-father's divorce shall has no bearing on his adoption under Indonesian law made around 1968. The COLB of Barack Obama should bear the legal name "Barry Soetoro" endorsed on his COLB. That could be the main reason why Obama aka Soetoro have to spend over USD1.6 million in legal fees to defend the charges against him for concealment of material facts.
